Party With Goose Before World Of Outlaws Race In Davenport

This weekend, one of the biggest racing events of the year takes place at the Davenport Speedway, and you can party with Goose to start the weekend of speed!

World of Outlaw's Summer of Money is holding a race at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds with the best of the best drivers on dirt, the My Place Hotels Quad Cities 150.

Fans and drivers will get three straight days of the My Place Hotels Quad Cities 150 presented by Hoker Trucking at Davenport Speedway, in Davenport, IA, Aug. 24-26; again featuring the World of Outlaws CASE Construction Equipment Late Models and Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series presented by Toyota.

The My Place Hotels Quad Cities 150 will have an enormous overall purse with $214,000 up for grabs throughout the weekend, the largest prizes being a World of Outlaws CASE Late Models, paying $10,000 to win Thursday and Friday before awarding a $30,000 top prize during Saturday’s finale.

Last year, the Quad Cities 150 was swept by Tanner English and brought fans to their feet with one of the closest finishes in Series history.

English will be up against defending Series champion Dennis Erb Jr., four-time Series champion Brandon Sheppard, 2015 Series champion Shane Clanton, leading Germfree Rookie of the Year contender Nick Hoffman and more.

Also part of the event, the Xtreme Outlaw Midgets, featuring names like Jade Avedisian, Gavin Miller, and Cannon McIntosh, will practice on Thursday, Aug. 24, and then contend for a $4,000 payday on Friday and a $5,000 payday on Saturday.

Goose will be on the scene Thursday from 4-6pm with a live remote broadcast.
