Neighbor Calls Police After Hearing Screams For Help, Police Find Parrot

On December 29th, a video shows a man in Lake Worth Beach, FL, was changing the brakes on his wife's car when four police officers approached him. A neighbor called the police and said a woman was crying for help from the house, which can be heard at the beginning of the video. The man already knew why they were there.

He can be heard saying "Rambo" a few times, then walks off camera and returns with a green parrot.

Turns out the guy has had the parrot since he was younger. As a kid, he taught the parrot to say "Help, Help, Let me out" when he's in his cage.

The police officers laughed once he had Rambo talk to them, and then introduced him to the neighbor as well.
