Naked Woman Arrested for Pleasuring Herself Outside A Popeyes Chicken, A Month After Being Arrested For The Same Thing

A woman in St. Petersburg was arrested at a Popeyes around 10am after someone spotted her masturbating near a dumpster outside of the restaurant.

Vanessa Lee Jones was fully naked, in front of the dumpster, still masturbating when police arrived. The affidavit reads that officers “also witnessed the defendant masturbating in front of the dumpster completely naked." After a short investigation, it was also noted that Jones was also “observed on security cameras masturbating while fully naked.”

Jones was arrested and taken to jail for exposure of sexual organs. Police determined that she was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and no indication of mental illness.

Jones was previously arrested on September 30th after exposing herself and masturbating in front of a 7-Eleven in the area. This time, she was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition, because she allegedly “continuously rubbed her vagina” in view of a minor accompanied by a male relative who recorded the incident.

The Popeyes where the most recent incident took place is a mere few blocks from the 7-Eleven.
