Earlier this year, a high school discovered who was defecating on their track: the superintendent of a rival school. Thomas Tramaglini just resigned from his position.

Tramaglini said in a email to Kenilworth school staff that his service became, too much of a distraction." The former superintendent has been charged with public defecation, lewdness, and littering after video caught his relieving himself on Holmdel High School's running track.

His lawyer says that Tramaglini continues to fight the allegations and that his resignation is not an acknowledgment of guilt. He plans to sue the Holmdel police over his mug shot as well. The mystery pooper says that he should not have been photographed because his charges were low-level municipal offenses.

He's lists his potential damages at more than $1 million from loss of income, harm to his reputation, emotional distress, and invasion of privacy.
