The libel suit that Kalonde filed states that Walmart exposed him to "hatred, contempt, ridicule." When the state fishing license was purchased back in 2015, an employee entered Kalonde's occupation as "toilet cleaner."

Kalonde claims the incident occurred after he showed his employee identification as proof of his employment at MSU. He's seeking unspecified damages and Walmart has yet to respond to the suit.
