McDonald’s Founder, Ray Kroc’s, Ranch For Sale For $29 Million

If you didn't know, Ray Kroc is the businessman who saw what the McDonald's brothers were doing with their business, franchised it, and bought them out of their business. When he passed away in 1984, he was worth $600 million, which today would be worth about $1.5 billion.

According to the listing, a property he bought in Santa Ynez in 1965, just after the company went public, is up for sale. And it's listed at a modest $29,000,000.
