Man Who Was Mad About Not Getting a Stimulus Check So He Set His Mother’s Shed On Fire

We may have a suspect in the case of Cheryl's she shed.

Marvin Smith (51) from Hamburg, Louisiana was a bit upset about not receiving his stimulus check. He began arguing with his mom before he stormed out of the house, got on a recreational vehicle, and took off.

It wasn't until shortly after he left that his mom noticed her shed was on fire.

Police and Fire arrived, and got the flames under control. Witnesses said they saw Smith enter and exit the shed shortly before they saw the flames.

Marvin Smith was tracked down, arrested, and charged with arson.
