Man Tells Police The Devil Set Him Up in Meth Case

Responding to a 911 call about a suspicious person, police arrived on the scene to find Franklin Redfearn hanging out on the porch of a house.

When police approached him, he threw a white pill bottle containing methamphetamine across the yard.

Police read him his rights, and told him his charges, to which he replied "The devil framed me."

Although I definitely believe him, he was charged with a felony narcotics charge and put in the local jail with a bond of $3000.
