The owners of restaurants are going through a lot of stress at the moment, whether they're open for carry-out only, or are closed completely. One owner's stress-load increased after he came into his already temporarily closed restaurant to find a man sleeping inside.

Police in New Haven, Connecticut got a call about a burglary in progress at a closed restaurant. When the owner arrived to do some work, he found 42-year-old Louis Angel Ortiz asleep on the floor.

After reviewing security video, police found that Ortiz had actually been in the restaurant for four days. He helped himself to the food, liquor and beer in the restaurant during that time.

Police said Oritz stole and drank 70 bottles of liquor over the course of four days.

Louis Angel Ortiz was charged with burglary, larceny, and criminal mischief. He also had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court. He's being held in lieu of bail at $12,500.
