Kentucky Principal Caught in Shocking Underage Drinking Scandal
Scott High School's principal, Anthony Procaccino, faces serious charges after a video surfaced showing him involved in underage drinking with students. The Kenton County Police Department confirmed the video shows Procaccino, 50, holding a beer bong for two students during a New Year's Eve party.
Scott High School Principal Charged After Allegations of Underage Drinking
At the time of the incident, Procaccino was the principal of White's Tower Elementary but has since moved to Scott High School. The students involved were between the ages of 16 and 17 and were identified as students from Scott and Simon Kenton High Schools.
Kenton County Assistant Police Chief Jim Gilpin addressed the incident, stating, "The allegations involve the Scott High School principal participating in the serving of alcohol to underage students, which is a serious offense." Procaccino now faces two counts of aiding or assisting in serving alcohol to minors.

The video, which was recently provided to police, prompted an immediate investigation. The parents of the two students have been contacted regarding the incident, and the Kenton County Police are continuing to gather more information.
What Has Come Of The Investigation So Far?
In response to the charges, the Kenton County School District released a statement saying, "This is a personnel matter. We are cooperating fully with law enforcement." Cody Wolf, an assistant principal at Scott High School, has been named interim principal.
Procaccino served as the principal of White's Tower Elementary for a decade before his appointment at Scott High School.
The case has sparked concerns among parents and the community about the conduct of school leadership and the safety of students.
