Stephanie Bley, Riverfront Community Engagement Coordinator, said in a press release:
This new programming model allows for the opportunity to showcase many of our local artists, as well as small businesses, while also shining a light on different areas of our beautiful riverfront. By expanding our programming, we hope to reach a wider demographic of Davenport residents. There is truly something for everyone.
