The radio announcer for the Minnesota Vikings' is going viral for a call he made during Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals.

With four seconds left on the clock, the game was sitting at Vikings 33, and the Cardinals 34. All Greg Joseph had to do was kick the 37-yard field goal, and the Vikings would take the game.

As soon as Greg Joseph kicked the ball, the Minnesota Vikings' radio play-by-play announcer, Paul Allen, screamed "IT IS GOOOOOD!"

The call sounded great, and it was great radio. The only problem with his call, is that the kick wasn't good, and went just right of the posts.

It wasn't until analyst Pete Bercich said, "It's no good" that Allen realized he miscalled what anyone listening thought was the game-winning kick.

"Are you kidding me?" Allen replied. There was a few seconds of silence after the call.

Now as far as what happened, many think Allen just jumped the gun on the call, but if you consider that he's watching the game from a press box, not watching the angle we saw on TV, it makes sense.

It's easy to assume a 37-yard field goal would be made by a professional player, especially when you're sitting at an angle where it went in. I can see how this went wrong, and it happens sometimes.
