
Iowa is The Second Best State for Millennials in the U.S.
In a recent poll and study of economic situations, Zippia has compiled a list of "The Worst States for Millennials," all ranked by state.
The study looked at factors such as Unemployment Rates, Home Ownership Rates, % Below Poverty Level, and Student Loan Debt. One could also assume restaurants featuring IPA's and avocado toast with a side of a flannel shirt dress code.

Notably, the south covers 7 of the 10 states, and the other 3 are already notoriously known for having a high cost of living.
Zippia points out that from looking at their complete list the lower the student loan average, the lower the cost of living, giving students the opportunity to pay off their debt.
Iowa slides in to the 50/51 areas slot, making it the second best place to live for millennials (and really anyone) with some of the best results in each category:
