Here’s a List of Places Covering Part or All of Veterans Bills Today

Veterans Day is about coming together as a country to honor those who fought for it. One of the easiest ways to honor our Vets is cover the cost of a meal or a drink. We've made it easy for you to take your Veteran out to thank them and put together a list of some places in the QC with a discount. Keep in mind most of these places ask for proof of service, so be sure to have your ID on you.

Applebees: Choose one of 8 entrées, the cost covered by Applebees.

Bob Evans: If you end up near Peoria today, Bob Evans is offering a free breakfast, lunch or dinner from a few select items.

Bent River Brewery: $10 off lunch. They're also tapping a Veteran's Day brew. Their Facebook says "It's a full bodied golden ale brewed with "Silencer Smooth" coffee from Veteran owned Black Rifle Coffee Company."

Chili's: Free meal from select menu items, Dine-In only.

Chipotle: Buy one, get one free burrito, bowl, salad, or order of tacos for active military, veterans, and spouses of military with ID. Must be in restaurant.

Cracker Barrel: One free slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake, or a Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Denny's: Free Build Your Own Grand Slam from 5am to noon for all active, inactive, and retired military.

Dunkin' Donuts: Free donut to Veterans and active duty military.

Famous Dave's: Free 2 Meat Lunch Combo served with a choice of side and cornbread muffin.

Five Cities Brewing: Free Pint, All day.

Golden Corral: The 19th Annual Golden Corral Military Appreciation Dinner from 5-9pm, free meal to active military, veterans, retired, National Guard, or reserves.

Hooters: Free meal from select menu with purchase of a drink.

Hy-Vee: Free breakfast from 6am-11am.

IHOP: Free Red, White, and Blue pancakes from 7am-7pm.

Little Ceasers: Free pizza or $5 HOT-N-READY Lunch Combo from 11am-2pm.

Olive Garden: Free entrée from select menu with unlimited soup or house salad and breadsticks.

Outback Steakhouse: 20% Discount from your TABLE's tab for active and retired military. 10% off Hero's Discount for police, firefighters, and EMS.

Red Lobster: Free appetizer or dessert.

Red Robin: Free Red's Tavern Double and Bottomless Steak Fries.

Starbucks: Free 12oz black coffee for veterans, active military and spouses.

Texas Roadhouse: Free lunch from select menu, including sides and soft drink, coffee or tea.

Village Inn: Free V.I.B. breakfast for veterans and active duty military.
