"Behind the scenes", "making of..." whatever album is always my favorite.  Guns N Roses had "Making F%$#ing Videos" showing the behind the scenes of November Rain, Don't Cry & Estranged. Metallica took the camera in for A Year & A Half In The Life Of... for the making of the black album.  No matter what, you always come away with a different feeling for the performer.  It's nice to see them be a real person...not a performer 100% of the time or artiste.
