Glass-Bottom Sky Pool Suspends Swimmers 40 Stories in the Air

Are you scared of heights? If not, this pool might change that. The Sky Pool is 42 floors up and gives swimmers a heart-stopping view of the traffic below.

The pool hangs 10 feet over the side of the Market Square Tower, a luxury apartment block in Houston, Texas. Eight inches of plexiglass keep swimmers from falling 500 feet to the street below.

Studio apartments are currently going for $1,805 a month and penthouses are at the $18,000 per month mark.
