The Dawn Headline Geneseo Music Fest This Weekend

Geneseo is a great little town. It's got cute little shops, great food, and two really great breweries. Geneseo Brewing Company and Great Revivalist Brew Lab.

Plus, it's only 20 minutes away from the Quad Cities. The perfect drive for some small-town fun.

If you're looking for something to do with Dad this Father's Day Weekend, Geneseo also has a great festival for you. Friday, June 17th through Sunday, June 19th Geneseo is hosting the Geneseo Music Fest!

Some of the highlights include the Kiwanis Annual Doo Dah Parade, Geneseo Rotary Cookout, Ice Cream Social, and the SOS Youth Talent Show

Plus they'll have Music Fest Flow Yoga and Jazzercise to make you feel good.

Also Saturday night at the Central Bank Pavilion, they'll be shutting down the streets and bringing you The Dawn.

For over 12 years, the Western Illinois based roots rock/jam band "The Dawn" has been spreading their love of cutting edge improvisational rock throughout the Midwest. From their humble beginnings in the shadow of the Mississippi River, they have crafted out their place as one of the premier up and coming jam bands.

Family Activities

They'll have the Family Fest (inflatables, fire truck sprinkler, and more), the Geneseo Music Fest Art & Craft Fair, FFA Pedal Tractor Pull, and a Geneseo Music Festival Street Dance

Plus the Outdoor Movie Series featuring Encanto!

Then on Father’s Day, they'll do the Fly-In Breakfast at the Geneseo Airpark, and the Father’s Day Parade in downtown Geneseo.
