Cajun food would allow for jambalaya, which might immediately add it to the top of the list for that food item alone.  Add in crawfish & you've got a winner.

Soul food will get you fried chicken, fried okra, collard greens, corn bread, gritsand hush puppies.  Sounds like a winnner!

Chinese food would let me eat egg rolls for breakfast, lunch, & dinner.  Who would have a problem with that?

Then there's Mexican food!  Tacos, burritos, tamales...oh my!
