Frankie MacDonald Says The Quad Cities Will Be Buried In Snow

I've been a huge Frankie MacDonald fan for some time now. So whenever he mentions the Quad Cities my ears perk up.

Frankie's forecast is out for Halloween this year. He says Iowa is in for a "major Winter storm." Specifically in the Davenport area. I tend to believe Frankie as he's one of the most accurate weather forecasters I know of.
