Four Plead Guilty in Killing Over Stolen Bong
Three men and one woman have pleaded guilty in court to taking part in the killing of a Pennsylvania man in 2017. The murder stemmed from a stolen bong.
21-year-old Gregg Scholze pleaded guilty to third-degree murder as he was the triggerman in the shooting of 18-year-old Kyle Stauber in January 2017. He'll be sentenced to 15 to 30 years in prison.
21-year-old Kayla Naper, 27-year-old John Pignanelli, and 22-year-old Daijon Arnett all pleaded guilty to robbery and conspiracy.
Back in January 2017, Naper drove the three men to Stauber's home. There was a dispute over a marijuana bong that they believed belonged to Naper. Witnesses say the men broke in to the house, pronounced they were robbing the place. They took a video game console, games, three glass bongs, pipes, a wallet, and a cellphone.
During the robbery, Scholze shot and killed Stauber.
