19-year-old Jeremiah Rios from Eustis, Florida was sitting at home on Sunday morning when his 17-year-old brother walked out wearing a pair of Jeremiah's boxer briefs.

Jeremiah told his brother to take them off, and he did but that wasn't the end of it. They started fighting and Jeremiah wound up grabbing a wine bottle and using it to smack his brother in the shoulder.

It's not clear if his brother was nude the entire time, or had changed into some clothes first. Anyway, the cops came, and Jeremiah was arrested for aggravated battery.
