Last Saturday night, 21-year-old Dustin Kouns from (get this) Ramrod Key, Florida was on the road for a drive. He pulled up behind another vehicle and loudly revved the engine on his Jeep.

So, in a natural response, the other driver looked at Dustin and said "You must have a small dick."

Dustin responded to the comment by pulling out a gun and pointing it sideways at the guy, 90's movie style.

To me, the fact that he got upset enough to pull a gun just further supports that he's trying to cover up the size of his manhood.

When police caught up to him, he told them he "bought the gun on the street,” but he had "never done anything stupid with it before."

Police charged him felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, and dealing in stolen property.
