The Marion County Sheriff's Office pulled over a vehicle on Highway 316, just north of Ocala, that was moving a little too slow.

Paul Burke, 48, was pulled over on his Husqvarna mower, and was driving significantly below the speed limit. The typical Husqy maxes out at about 8mph.

Burke told police he didn't have a driver's license, and then told him "I have had maybe a little too much to drink tonight.”

He wasn't able to perform the sobriety tests, so he told the cop, "Just take me to jail." At one point, he even pointed at his ride and said "I'm on a lawnmower."

Due to previous issues with drinking and driving, Burke was charged with a felony. He was released Monday after posting $11,000 bail. He's also got some other convictions for grand theft, cocaine possession, forgery, and leaving the scene of a car crash.
