Florida Man Blames “John Wick” For Guns in His Car

Police in Port St. Lucie responded to a call about a domestic violence incident, and found 27-year-old Getro Gelin in his residence. The woman that was with him told police he shoved her to the ground and threatened her with a gun.

Gelin, of course, denied doing any such thing. The victim told police he hid the gun in his Porsche SUV. Police searched the vehicle and found a Glock 21, semi-automatic rifle, and a bulletproof vest.

Police asked Gelin about the weapons in the car, and he told them he “replied he had sold the Porsche to his cousin John Wick.” Gelin then immediately told police "he lied about the name, but that he would not reveal his cousin’s name.”

John Wick is obviously a fictional character. Getro Gelin was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Domestic Battery. He's being held at county waiting on a $3500 bond.
