I've had plenty of times where I've missed a meal at work, thought about a certain food all day, and then when I and my hunger pangs get to the restaurant, I'm told "I'm sorry we're out of the most crucial ingredient of your meal." It's infuriating, so you just grit your teeth and order something else, but apparently not everyone is as nice as me.

Henry Arce-Cabellero, 49, went to a Largo, Florida area Checkers to get a burger, but was told they were out of lettuce. Rather than accept the news like a normal person, he had a full-blown meltdown. It made him so upset, he started beating up the store. Not the employees, the actual store.

Police say they were called to the restaurant at 11:30pm because Henry was banging on the windows of the establishment. The police report stated he was having the meltdown "because he was upset that the store had no more lettuce for their sandwiches.”

The complaint states his "yelling and screaming" as well as the banging on the windows caused the employees to "fear for their safety.”

Henry refused to identify himself to police, adding on to the charges he was already facing.

He was charged with disorderly conduct in an establishment and resisting an officer without violence, both misdemeanors.
