Final Rock Act Announced For 2024 Mississippi Valley Fair
Wednesday morning, the final act for the Mississippi Valley Fair was announced this morning on the Dwyer & Michaels Morning Show.
Mississippi Valley Fair Dates
The Mississippi Valley Fair kicks off Tuesday, July 30th, 2024, and will run through Sunday, August 4th. Six days of fun, food, and great Grandstand acts, right here in the middle of Davenport.

A surprise to everyone on the first night of the 2023 Mississippi Valley Fair, Shawn Loter announced the first act of 2024.
Just before Sam Hunt took the stage, Shawn announced that the kick-off of the Grandstand stage at the 2024 Mississippi Valley Fair will be Thomas Rhett. He'll start our week off on Tuesday, July 30th.
Wednesday will see both Priscilla Block and Koe Wetzel take the stage.
We also found out T-Pain will be the headliner as the pop act for the week on Thursday, August 1st.
Friday, August 2nd is the first of two rock acts announced for the week, with Bret Michaels of Poison fame taking the stage.
We found out who the closer was as well, with Scotty McCreery wrapping the week up on Sunday, August 4th.

The Big New Announcement
Shawn Loter stopped by to announce that the Saturday, August 3rd act for the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds Grandstand is none other than Alice Cooper.
Alice Cooper has been one of the biggest names in rock since the early 1970s, and still is a household name with hits like Billion Dollar Babies, Feed My Frankenstein, I'm Eighteen, No More Mr. Nice Guy, Poison, and many more.
His live show is one that's regarded as one of the best live shows you could see, and he'll be right here in Davenport at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds.
