A Georgia man is in police custody after beating a man he found in his 14-year-old daughter's bedroom.

Ismael Casillas, 41, found 20-year-old Keywontrezes Humphries in his daughter's bedroom on the 4th of July.

Casillas began to choke and beat Humphries, knocking out some of his teeth. Ismael then asked his wife for a gun, after Humphries jumped out a window trying to escape the beating.

Casillas met him in the front yard, and continued to beat him, and once Humphries started to run, Casillas fired several shots at him.

Investigators said Casillas' actions crossed the line when Humphries, also known as "Man Man" began fleeing and was not a threat. Officials told Fox News 5 Casillas wouldn't have been charged had he just beat him in the home and left it alone once he ran.

Casillas is facing charges of aggravated assault and Humphries faces a charge of child molestation.

Officials say Humphries was in a relationship with the 14-year-old and snuck through the window to see her.
