Silvis Breakfast Place Gets Beloved "Egg Chairs" Stolen

It's sad when small businesses get taken advantage of. People from our own community are trying to better themselves and those around them. It starts with an idea. What IF we start a business? Will people support it? Can we make a living?

Then you find out you actually can make a living. People enjoy coming to your business. Then idiots step in to ruin their day.

Egg Parlor, in Silvis, posted some pictures of thieves that stole some chairs.

At first, I thought..."why would anyone steal chairs from a restaurant?" Restaurant chairs are generally not the most comfortable things in the world. But no...these aren't just any chairs...these are obviously chairs that fit their "brand" so incredibly well, that they sat them outside their doors for over 3 years.

Last Friday, 10/07/22, at around 9pm a couple of jerkwads driving a white Chevy Silverado pulled up and ordered food and ganked these cool "egg chairs" from Egg Parlor.

There's An Award

Egg Parlor is offering a $500 GIFT CARD if you can offer information leading to the perpetrators. This makes me think 2 things:

1: $500 can buy you a lot of eggs

2: They could've easily bought new chairs for $500...so this is personal! They want to know who these people are...and better yet...they want everyone to know who these people are.
