Snowstorms Coming?
The National Weather Center is predicting a major snowstorm to hit our area tomorrow.
...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM WEDNESDAY TO 3AM CST THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 7 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Illinois, east central, northeast, and southeast Iowa, and northeast Missouri.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Wednesday to 3 AM CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
Maybe it won't be too bad because our unofficial weather watcher, Frankie MacDonald, is only warning Missouri.
Another Plane Crash In The News
A CBS affiliate in Arizona has the footage of a jet crash, owned by Motley Crue's Vince Neil. The jet crashed into another aircraft yesterday on a runway at Scottsdale Municipal Airport. Vince wasn't on it, but his girlfriend was. Sadly, there was one fatality. You can read more about the story here.
