Speed Cameras
The photo speed enforcement van is back out on the roads in Davenport. Luckily enough, we know where they'll be this week:
- Monday: 5800 Eastern Ave – 3100 Harrison St.
- Tuesday: 1500 E Locust St – 4100 Division St.
- Wednesday: 1900 Brady St – 5700 Northwest Blvd
- Thursday: 1000 W 53rd St – 5700 Division St.

Megan's Late
Megan was supposed to pick up the 5:30am pizza (it's Thursday) and at the time of 6:48am, she is nowhere to be found. Hairball called and found out she went back to sleep after telling him it was his turn to buy.
Meanwhile, none of us ate breakfast so we're all just wasting away to nothing.
Fire On United Flight
A flight out of Denver had to make an emergency landing after an engine fire was caused by a wildlife strike.
The wildlife in question, was a rabbit.
What Phrases Are Exclusive to Your Field of Work?
Michaels was talking about pilots, and said "12 Hours Bottle to Throttle", which then got us thinking, what other occupations have their own saying or slang? We had listeners tell us the saying, and we had to guess the industry. We were awful--but it was pretty funny.
"Why give 100% when 35 will get you paid and laid". No specific industry, more of a life rule.
"When working in daycare we would get all the kids down for a nap. Another teacher would walk in the room to chat. We would say "You wake em, you take em!""
"IT support- There is a loose nut behind the keyboard"
EMS: A "frequent flyer" someone we get called to frequently!
"Plant in the dust, bins will bust. Plant on the mud, crops a dud." I guessed Pot Seller... I guess it's just AG in general.
