A guy on a horse got brutally clotheslined by a highway sign in Texas. It looks like he was part of the Houston rodeo's annual "Pony Express" event, where they deliver invitations to state officials on horseback. He's getting a police escort, and his horse is galloping very fast. He seems to lean forward to avoid a highway marker sign, and BAM! These women recorded it while driving along the road.
