The photo speed enforcement van is back out on the roads in Davenport. Luckily enough, we know where they'll be this week:

Golf season's here, so get ready to see a bunch of videos of drunk middle aged men who've never thrown a punch in their life getting nitty and gritty out on the links.
Supposedly, a group was moving too slow, so the guy in the blue shirt hit his ball. It started an argument, then pushing, then shoving, then punches.
