Drunk Man Legally Changes Name to Celine Dion

A man from Staffordshire, England made a drunken choice that affects his life more than the average person's drunken choice.

The man formerly known as Thomas Dodd got extremely drunk on Christmas Eve, and flipped through the channels until he came across a Celine Dion concert.

At some point in the night he decided to fill out an online application, paid a $120 fee, before he went to sleep and forgot about the whole thing.

Last week, an envelope arrived, with all the paperwork saying his legal name was now Celine Dion.

He plans to keep the name, "depending on how difficult it makes my life."

Thomas (or I suppose Celine) says he's dreading telling his bosses about the name change, but also mentioned his mom is not too happy about it.
