Not only was this guy too drunk to drive, I'm pretty sure he was technically too drunk to live.

Police in Pinellas County, Florida (of course it's Florida) pulled over Ricardo Portillo-Gonzalez on Sunday afternoon. They had received several calls about him driving drunk. A breathalyzer test confirmed those reports.

On his first try, the 50-year-old blew a .66. On his second attempt, he blew a .64. Both of those results are eight times the legal limit and a blood-alcohol level of .40 is considered potentially fatal.

Ricardo didn't die or even need to go to the hospital. Cops arrested him for drunk driving and kept him overnight until he could sober up.
