Driver Pulled Over For Expired Tags From 1997, Told Police “I’ve Been Busy Lately And Totally Forgot”

A police officer near New Orleans, pulled a guy over this week for expired tags.

In the hustle and bustle of this world, we can get caught up in the present moment, and forget to do things.

The officer asked him why his plates hadn't been registered in 23 years, and he replied “Sorry, officer. I’ve been busy lately and totally forgot to renew my vehicle registration. I will take care of it as soon as I get home!”

This officer wasn't as understanding as I am, and wrote the guy a ticket.
