If you're a ham aficionado like me, you know the good cuts from the bad, and you know all about the most expensive cuts, like some where just a leg costs $1000.
If you're trying to impress someone this Thanksgiving without breaking the bank, you can get some costly cuts for about 50% the cost you can get it anywhere else, from Costco of all places.
Iberico ham, which has a rich flavor and velvet texture, comes from the Iberico breed of pigs in Southern Spain. A cut of the meat will range from $800-$1000. Costco's price is $560.
The meat's are available in stores nationwide.
