Construction Underway at Great River Brewery

Yesterday marked a full year since the collapse of the HESCO barrier that caused downtown to see the worst flood in Davenport history. While most businesses reopened, some were too damaged to reopen, one of which was thought to be Great River Brewery.

The brewery's Facebook page sat inactive for a year, until yesterday when a post showing CONSTRUCTION happening at the brewery.

This is exciting for downtown, and especially for me. I love the Redband Stout featuring Redband Coffee, Rollerdam Red, Cherry Blonde Ale; I love all of it.

I spent many summer nights sitting on the patio listening to local music, drinking local beer, eating local brick oven pizza.
