Cold War On 74 Traveling Trophy Unveiled!

When the idea of the Peoria Rivermen playing the new Quad City Storm multiple times each season became a reality with the Quad Cities entering the Southern Professional Hockey League, we salivated at the idea of a true rivalry with a nearby team.

We also wanted to add a little sizzle, in the form of a trophy which would commemorate the team who has the best record in the series.  We commissioned the greatest metal worker we know, Ryan Pitts, of Stronger Grip (Who is not only a metal worker, but a METAL worker!) to bring the idea to life!
