When you go to the store, there's always the husband's section. It's not a shopping area, but a rest area. You'll see 4-5 husbands with dead eyes, impatiently waiting, yet comfortable, on some benches or some comfy chairs in the back section of the store, hoping their wife will return soon and say it's time to go. One guy in Russia's wife must've wanted to hit a place that didn't have the husband area, because he had to come up with a new way out.

Police responded back in April when a woman called the emergency number to report that her husband’s Toyota Corolla had been stolen from the parking lot near their home. Later in the day, she called back to report that the car had been found on Otdykha Island, in Krasnoyarsk.

When police arrived to where the car was found, they found signs of forced entry, as well as a damaged ignition switch, and determined in an interview with the husband that he definitely wasn't being truthful. The more they pressed on the guy, the more his story spun out of control, with details not matching, the story changing, and they determined that the guy staged the whole carjacking just to get out of having to go shopping with his wife.
