Bystander Attempts to Stop Hit-And-Run Driver With Sledgehammer

A hit-and-run driver in Miami had just crashed into three cars and while trying to escape, people were pounding on his car and tried to yank him out.

Then a bystander with a sledgehammer gets out of his van and starts battering the guy's car. Despite all of the chaos the guy still escaped.

25-year-old Maxwell Lagutenko was charged with fleeing and eluding police, leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage and reckless driving.
