You've no doubt heard about this ambitious project headed by Chad Pregracke.  He wants to plan the conversion of the I-80 bridge, that spans the Mississippi river, into a wildlife crossing platform for bison.

This would be the world's longest wildlife bridge connecting Iowa and Illinois and provide bison with safe access to over 100 acres of grazing land.  Bison, believe it or not, used to roam free in the Quad Cities area.  The numbers of bison dropped dramatically and this would help the population grow in an indigenous area.

To help spread the word and raise money for the project they have merch!

"The Bison Bridge shop will be open for 14 days! All proceeds support the Bison Bridge Foundation and our project to repurpose the I-80 Bridge.

You can go to their online store here to buy merchandise that supports a super interesting project in the Quad Cities.

This online store will close on May 16th at Midnight and no orders will be accepted after the store closing date.  So make sure you take advantage of the opportunity to get a piece of Quad Cities history.

They have "adult men's tshirts" available starting at $20, "adult women's v-neck" shirts starting at $20, adjustable Hemp caps and flex fit twill caps each $25, along with some stickers that show support for the Bison Bridge Project.

Thank you for supporting the launch of this once-in-a-lifetime project. Stay tuned for more news & Bison Bridge merch down the road!"
