Billy Idol will be making a stop in Iowa on his 2021 tour.

The punk pioneer and global superstar will be dancing with himself at the McGrath Amphitheater in Cedar Rapids on August 1st, 2021.

Originally a member of Generation X, which he was the front man of from 1976 until the band's split in 1981, Idol has sold over 40 million albums, with many scoring platinum worldwide.

His lip-curling sneer and punk rock persona made him one of MTV's first megastars, which made him one of the most recognizable faces in pop music in his prime and helped him sell out arenas everywhere he went.

Idol sold nine Top Forty singles, in the US and UK, including:

  • Dancing With Myself
  • Hot in The City
  • Eyes Without a Face
  • Rebel Yell
  • Mony Mony
  • White Wedding

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, June 18th at 10am, starting at $45. Dwyer and Michaels have an exclusive presale starting Wednesday, June 16 @ 10:00 am. Just follow this link and use the code WHITEWEDDING
