Bengal Tiger Wandering Around Atlanta, Killed by Police

Alarmed residents in an Atlanta suburb made multiple calls to 911 after sighting a Bengal tiger that was roaming around the community.

The 6-year-old tiger named Suzy was being transported by Feld Entertainment, who are unsure of how she escaped on an overnight stop. Suzy was to be flown to Germany to be a part of a circus.

One caller alerted police to the tiger's location when her dog was barking hysterically. The tiger jumped on top of the woman's dog just as an officer opened fire.

The tiger was killed and the dachshund only suffered a few scratches.
