It's been just over seven months since Casey "Shrek" Hitchcock was in a tragic motorcycle accident in Bettendorf that took his life, and people are still having a hard time adjusting to his loss. His wife, Mandy Sinnott Hitchcock, is still dealing with a mountain of bills and debt trying to take care of their children, the funeral, and all the medical bills associated with the crash.

Friends, family, and associates are encouraged to join everyone at Chuck's Tap (1731 W 6th Street, Davenport) Saturday, February 23 from 3-8 pm for a benefit in his honor. There will be raffles, 50/50's, Silent Auctions and a Bags Tournament (weather permitting). Chuck's will be providing Walking Tacos for $4 with all proceeds going to Shrek's family. You can check out some of the auction items on their Benefit Facebook Page. Already they have items from the Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Braves, and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Anyone looking to donate can please contact Sugar at Chucks Tap 563-322-0879, or Shelly Lueders at 563-484-1322.
