Amateur Reporter Goes Live At The Scene Of A House Fire
Earlier this week, a house in Norfolk, Virginia went up in flames and became the center of an arson investigation. Before news crews made it to the scene, an amateur had already gone on Facebook Live and was solving the crime.
Rhoda Young took charge of the situation and began interview fire crews and residents. She was actually the first person to figure out the crime.
According to WTKR, Donald William Stricker III was arrested and charged with burning of an occupied dwelling. No injuries were reported, but two adults and three children were displaced.
