A Muscatine Police Officer’s Emotional Final 10-42

There's two types of videos I can't watch with dry eyes: Military Homecomings, and Final 10-42's of police officers.

Muscatine Police Lt. Kevin Sink is retiring after 34 years of service.

Lt. Sink has served as President Iowa Police Officer's Association and President of the Muscatine Police Officer's Association. He played a huge role in the department's Shop with a Cop program, where kids and police officers are paired up to do some Christmas shopping.

He also received a Medal of Valor.

After dispatch gave him his sign off, officers from throughout the department radioed to Lt. Sink to give him a thank you for his service, progressively making everyone more teary eyed.
