The Who Announce Las Vegas Residency

The Who won’t be doing a full fledged tour any time soon…but there’s still a way to see them live!  They’ll be doing a short residency in Las Vegas this summer.  Caesars Palace is the place to be July 29th through August 11th.  Tickets go on sale online this Friday


Gregg Allman Cancels All 2017 Tour Dates

Looks like Greg Allman has canceled his tour this year.  No official explanation has been announced, but it’s been noted that he canceled a bunch of shows last summer due to health concerns.

35 Years Ago: Metallica Play Their First-Ever Concert 

Today marks the 35th anniversary of Metallica’s first show!  The lineup featured Ron McGovney, Dave Mustaine, Lars Ulrich and James Hetfield…lead vocals, no guitar.  The short set included Hit The Lights from their first album, Kill em All…and some covers from The New Wave of British Heavy Metal
