Aerosmith are holding off their 2017 tour to jump back into the studio. And now are wavering about the idea of the tour being a farewell tour. Joe Perry says there is no official plan to retire, noting there’s too much “rock until you drop” in the band.
Brian May is planning a book. Queen in 3D hits stores in May and will give fans a 3D look at some unpublished images while May gives first hand recollections of the bands history. The book will retail for about $60.
Sammy Hagar & James Hetfield have announced details for the 4th Annual Acoustic for a Cure show benefitting pediatric cancer research. May 15th in San Francisco will see acoustic performances from Steve Vai, Dave Grohl, Mick Fleetwood, Don Felder & Pat Benatar among others.
