7 Adults Arrested In Chicago for Vandalizing ‘The Bean’

'Cloud Gate', more famously known as 'The Bean', and the Cancer Survivor Wall in Maggie Daley Park were vandalized with spray paint.

At around midnight Monday (7/1), group of people entered Millennium Park and spray painted both structures.

Police have seven adults in custody and are expected to be charged today. As of this morning, the graffiti could still be seen.

The Bean was designed by an artist named Anish Kapoor at a cost $23 million, according to blockclubchicago.com.
