One of classic rock's biggest names, and a band that you'll hear on any classic rock station at least a couple times a day is coming to the Waterfront Convention Center at the Isle Casino on Saturday, August 1st at 8pm.

Formed in Jacksonville, Florida in 1974, 38 Special has sold over 20 million albums, and their plays on platforms like YouTube far succeed that. They became a staple of arena rock and still is one of the most known bands today.

Led by original guitarist and vocalist Don Barnes, the band’s current touring lineup features bassist Barry Dunaway, drummer Gary Moffatt, keyboardist/vocalist Bobby Capps, and virtuoso guitarist Jerry Riggs.

The band is known for hits like Chain Lightning and, of course, Hold On Loosely.
